Transitioning to Solids: Navigating the Changes in Your Baby's Routine during Weaning

Once your baby is enjoying 3 little meals a day your routine may change slightly from what it has been so that by around 7 months it will look like this. Once happily taking 3 meals you can start to offer milk feed after their solids, slowly over the following months you will see their milk volume dropping, to around 500ml per day and from 1 year 280-350ml per day, plus any other diary in their diet.

Try and enjoy weaning, take it at yours and your babies’ pace. The above is a guide and every baby is different, so as with sleep be responsive to them.
